Database Set-Up & Maintenance

Looking to create a full client database of your closed & terminated deals from scratch?  We can help!

  

Using either rlpSPHERE or a Google spreadsheet, our Team will gather as much information from your deal paperwork to create an SOI with the following information (*if applicable):

– Client names

– Mailing addresses

– Phone numbers & email addresses

– Birthdays & home purchase anniversary dates

– Hashtags, etc.

 

Option to sign up for quarterly database updates once initial set-up is complete, to keep your list maintained on a regular basis!

 

Database Set-Up: Typically completed within 2-4 weeks of initial request.  You will be provided with an exact turnaround time once the scope of work is assessed. 

 

Quarterly Updates: Completed by the end of the month following each new quarter (i.e. January, April, July & October)

 

Service Fee: $85.00+HST/Hour. 

RLPA Regional Touchpoint Campaign

A 20 piece, region-specific brokerage touchpoint campaign via rlpSPHERE to help agents keep in consistent touch with clients and other contacts in their database/Sphere of Influence.  Includes the following touches throughout the year:

 

– 12 RLPA-Branded E-newsletters: Content changes on a monthly basis and is always relative to the time of year.  Sent directly to contacts in your database by the first full week of each month.

 

– 4 Quarterly Stat Distributions: Region-specific listing and sale reports that are ideal to share with your clients regarding the current state of the market.

 

– Brokerage Client Event Correspondence:  An initial invite & thank you follow-up for your region’s client events (typically 2/year).

 

Premium Plan Agents: Automatically created and distributed to your database the first full week of each new month.

 

Service Fee: $100+HST/Month for Self-Directed agents.

 

 

Custom Mail Merge Distributions (A La Carte)

Personalized emails sent to contacts in your database via rlpSPHERE or Google SOI/spreadsheet. These campaigns include: seasonal messages, market stats, event invitations, or a custom campaign of your choice.

 

Mail merges are a great way to stay connected with those in your database without having to manually compose and send out individual emails. For best results, monthly or quarterly send-offs to your database are highly encouraged.

 

Turnaround Time: 2-3 business days for your first proof/mock-up email for review. 

 

Service Fee: $100+HST/Campaign

Direct Mail Campaigns

Send physical touchpoints directly to clients or other contacts in your database via regular mail.

 

Examples of direct mail campaigns include:

– Greeting card campaigns for birthdays, home purchase anniversaries & holidays

– Mailed pop-bys for seasonal or holiday themes

– Direct distribution of branded quarterly stats.  A personalized cover letter accompanies the distribution and is a great listing-generating touchpoint to send to your database

Ad Mail Campaigns

Once your postcards, flyers or other ad mail materials are designed and printed, let us help you send them out with a targeted ad mail distribution to local neighborhoods via Canada Post!  This is a great way to generate leads, promote listings, and stay top-of-mind with potential clients.

 

For best results, schedule consistent send-offs with our Team to help cultivate a neighbourhood/postal region of your choice.

 

 

Turnaround Time: Approximately 3 weeks from design to residential mailbox distribution.

Digital Listing Advertisements

A listing ad campaign automatically launched via the Meta Suite to help promote a listed property through paid advertising.  Ads will appear in various placements on Facebook, Instagram & Threads, including: feeds, reels, stories, Marketplace, etc., typically for a 7-day duration.

 

A performance report will appear in your Dropbox folder within days of the campaign’s end date – a great piece to include in weekly client updates or listing reports.

 

 

Royal Premium Agents: A 7-day digital listing ads are automatically created within 1 business day of a listing going live on MLS®.  Leads will be directed to your listing/agent profile on the RLPA website.  Ad extensions are also available upon request and provided at a discounted rate of $75.00+HST/Digital Listing Ad.

 

Self-Directed Agents & Custom Requests:  Choose between a templated or custom design.  Provide your request for a specific duration and/or ad targets.  Leads will be directed to a lead form via Meta or a link/form of choice.   Service fee: $120+HST/Digital Listing Ad.

 

 

Digital Lead Generation Advertisements

Think of lead gen ads as your digital door knocker – promoting you & your Real Estate business! We target potential leads – those who have been actively browsing Real Estate content and are showing interest in buying or selling – to a city, township or region of your choice.

 

Once the target audience is set, viewers in that demographic are likely to see your ad on Facebook, Instagram & Threads!

 

 

Service Fee: $120+HST/7-Day Campaign

General Social Media Management 

Designed to keep your Facebook & Instagram Business Pages fresh with relevant content on a consistent basis.  Our Team will design the visual creative and produce well-versed captions with appropriate hashtags to keep your business top of mind in the social sphere.

 

Weekly content includes: local stat updates, real estate blog posts, DIY suggestions, home decor mood boards, buyer/seller tips & agent requests (i.e. listing-related posts).

 

For a more curated approach to your social media, try out Premium General Social Media management!  This service includes all the basics, plus: social media reel editing/creation, custom content, cross-posting for expanded platform reach and month performance reporting.

 

Standard Service Fee: $185+HST/Month.

 

Premium Service Fee: $260+HST/Month.

 

 

 

Receipt Management

Need to get your expenses in order on a regular basis or in time for tax season?  Our Team can help you organize, sort, and manage your business receipts electronically, making it easier to track your expenses.

 

Turnaround Time: Typically 2-4 weeks, but we will provide an exact turnaround time once the scope of work is assessed. 

 

Service Fee: $85.00+HST/Hour

 

 

Staging Services

Professional staging services, provided for listings in the HRM (Halifax, Dartmouth & Enfield) by Staging Scotia.  Bill the charges directly to your agent account and have the option to defer staging costs up to 120 days or until your listing closes, whichever comes first!
