We’ve invested in resources for you to amp up your social media, video production, and online presence. We’re excited to be offering all the tools you need to create amazing content.

Please don’t be intimidated, give it a try. We have worked very hard to provide you with a very simple capture process and below you will find step by step instructions to help you through!

Editing Cost is $50 per video

Up to 4 short form videos (up to 60 -90 seconds)  – OR – 1 long form video (up to 5 minutes)

please consider the following!

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via www.agentsupport.ca website
  • Our Video Studio filming sessions have a maximum of 3 hours 
  • Broken or lost equipment will result in a replacement fee.
  • Please check in with the front desk admin!
  • Please respect the times so that others get their chance
  • Please do not move any of the equipment other than to adjust tripod height
  • Please do not install or remove SD memory card, this is meant to be done by frontdesk admin only
  • Please leave the rooms lights off!!
  • Please visit the front desk admin after your session for file transfer & upload!

Step 1

First step is to choose which of the three options you would like do;

  1. Use our SONY DSLR camera and have us edit your video

  2. Use your smartphone and have us edit your video

  3. Use your smartphone and edit yourself with one of suggested software

*Please Note
If you are wanting a vertical video please note, the SONY DSLR does not need to be in vertical position. Please leave it as is in landscape/horizontal position. Just let the front desk person know your video style position preference.

step 2 - your background

Choose a background using the pulley system or open and deploy the green screen

*NOTE
Green screen be any selection from our green screen library or if provided, we can include information/stats to your video

step 3 - turn things on

Using the “Lights” remote (labeled on the back of remote), turn on the key light

Using the “TV Monitor” remote (labeled on the back of remote) turn on the TV/Monitor
*NOTE if not already, the TV must be muted to prevent feedback

Using the “On Air” remote (labeled on the back of remote) turn on the On Air sign to indicate that you are in session

step 4 - turn the Camera on

Go to the camera and remove the “lens cap” by pinching inward and pulling it outward

Then switch the camera to “ON” position

step 5 - position & tripod height

Take the placement you are wanting, sitting or standing and review in TV/Monitor.
Adjust the tripod height accordingly

step 6 - lens cap & press record

Once you have achieved your setup/look, go back to the camera, remove the lens cap and press the red “RECORD” button. When successfully pressed, a red light will appear on the front of the camera. Go back to position and begin your take.

step 7 - dealing with mistakes

If you make a mistake, just say the line again. Please don’t stop and restart recording.
*NOTE – The SONY DSLR will record up to 30min at a time so you may have restart within a shoot. Please just tell the camera so we know in editing.

step 8 - multiple videos/concepts

If you are doing multiple video shoots/content ideas, stop recording between them and then, when ready, start recording again and start at step 2. This will let editing know and save confusion

step 9 - finishing up

Once complete, please turn the SONY DSLR camera to the “OFF” position, click the “off button” on the “Lights” remote, “TV/MONITOR” remote and the “ON AIR” remote and please let the front desk person know you have completed your session.

Smartphone and We Edit

*Please Note
Do not move the DSLR tripod. There is a stand with a smartphone clip setup for you. Please us it and place it centered in front of the desk.

Place the stand provided with smartphone holder, in front of the desk.
Unlock the smartphone holder, open the grips and place the phone in between, screen facing you and then lock the holder.
Turn the smartphone on to “video capture mode” and reverse camera to “selfie mode” (so you are able to see yourself on the screen)

Take the placement you are wanting, sitting or standing and review on Smartphone.

Once you have achieved your setup/look, go back to your smartphone and press the “RECORD” button. With “RECORD” successfully engages, go back to position and begin your take

There they will talk you through getting the files from your smartphone
